midnight trash run

so a couple of days ago our neighbours here on Banderas street decided that they didnt like their rubbish, and couldnt be bothered dealing with it, so they pulled up in front of our house, across the road, popped open the boot, and dumped trash out of the back of their car, then drove into the drive way a few doors down.

so last night at about midnight myself and uncle rico went out, picked up all their trash, and redistributed it all over their front lawn. being that lazy that you dump your trash infront of somebody else’s house really pissed me off, safe to say the next morning they had cleaned it up off their lawn and put it in their bins like they should’ve in the first place.

having a nice and relaxing day today, watching the first mountain stage of the tour, have to say its a yawn fest, i think contador showed lance he was the stronger climber, be interesting to be on that team bus tonight thats for sure!!!!

interesting stuff

while kicking around on the net today i found these pretty interesting pictures, chernobyl was a pretty big cock up and these are photos of all the vehicles they used to try clean up the mess that are completely full of radiation and parked up in a massive paddock near the reactor, would hate to think what happened to the drivers of these things

quick news

so the track meeting actually ended up ok, me and hash ended up on the podium a few times, took out a thrilling madison, and ended up driving a hell of alot of km’s, the full race report written by me ca be found at http://subwaycycling.co.nz/
i was pretty happy with where my form is at at the moment, now its time to knuckle down and really get stuck into some solid work of km’s, km’s, and some more km’s
havnt got any racing coming up this weekend, there’s a party round here at the rico’s for july the 4th, so im hoping there will be epic fireworks, bbq’ing, and circus animals and some sort of trapeze set up, they’ve got two days to get it sorted so here’s hoping!!!!
im currently being very motivated and stretching, something i struggle with alot, so far ive managed a solid three weeks of it, and its making a distance, plus core work, so chappy would be proud of me
