summers coming
today was mint, just a cruisy 75km recovery ride after another solid week in the sun going up and down hills.
at the end of yesterdays ride it did start to spit a bit but after riding most of the year in the uk it really wasnt a worry to get a tiny bit wet.
riding up along summit road some days and looking out over the sea and up to the snow covered mountains it really makes you appreciate how cool nz really is, and how lucky we are. and like dorothy said in the wizard of oz “theres no place like home” and thats really the case. i might take my camera up there on sunday and take a few shot while the snows still about, hopefully it’ll be blowing a slight NW’st wind so the hills are clear then ill put them on here for the american fullas who check this site out.
things are slowly getting back to normal at the flat after the robbery, im finding a few more things that have been stolen, and am well and truely over it by now, but the insurance assesor is coming round on monday which will be good so we can finally clear it all up and start replacing important things, like my x-box 360 haha
